Where can I find the serial number or license key I just purchased?
During normal business hours, license keys/serial numbers will be emailed within 60 minutes after purchase. Otherwise, remaining licenses will be emailed the next day by noon.
How do I download my software?
Download links are contained within the email containing the license. You can also download the software from the manufacturer’s official website if it is still available.
How do I get help with my installation?
We include installation instructions with any software license. To resolve any issues with software products purchased from us, please submit a ticket to support desk or contact and speak to a representative.
I accidentally deleted the email with my download information how can I recover it?
Check the Trash folder in your email client. If the letter is not there – just submit a ticket to support desk and we will resend the download information.
